Arkansas law regarding remarrying...?

How long do you have to wait to remarry after your divorce is final in Arkansas?
Answers:
As long as it takes you to get a marriage license.
If I were you I would call the courthouse's marriage clerk and ask them . they could probably tell you better than us . good luck .
Why would you have to wait?
(I'm glad I resisted the temptation to make a marrying your brother joke here. Oops)
You can remarry on the 31st day after the divorce is granted (the date the Final Decree of Divorce is signed by the judge). If you're remarrying the same person you just divorced, there is no waiting period. Congrats...
