Are u allowed to use the (c) symbol on your website even if it isnt registered?

Absolutely. But the (C) symbol has to be completely encircled, which means it needs to be done with graphics. The ASCII text version with parenthesis has no legal meaning because the top and bottom areas are open.

the (C) is allowed i guess, but not the (R)
